Villas
A building with 2-3 floors with an area of between 120-450 m², some are built in a modern, contemporary style and others resemble villa styles common to Italy or Greece.
Traditionally, they are built of stone, have spacious balconies and terraces, which are used as additional living area, allowing you to not only enjoy the beautiful views or weather but also to entertain family and friends, have breakfast, relax and sunbathe, etc. Within a villa complex there will usually be a swimming pool, a relaxation area, and a garden which has been landscaped by designers.- Duplexes
This a multi-family home that has two units within the same building. The two units share a common wall, but can vary in floor plan. For example: they can be side by side or stacked on top of each other. Each unit has a separate entrance and there is no interior connection between the two units. The area of each part is typically between 90-120m². Most come with a shared pool and gardens. Duplexes are considered a great economical alternative to a villa and they command the greatest demand in the Turkish real estate market. - Тownhouses
It is a 2-storey villa, divided into 3-5 parts with an area of 100-260 m². Near the townhouse, there is always a swimming pool and an area where you can relax. - Bungalows
Very popular in the countryside. They are typically quite small with an area of approximately 90m². The living space is all organised around one floor and generally does not have heating. A typical layout would have the living room in the centre with doors leading from it to bedrooms and kitchen. Externally the building would look quite simple and basic but with a bit of imagination they can be turned into elegant homes.

Most authentic houses in the west and south of Turkey are built of stone due to the heat, in the Central Anatolia region. They are sold after a repair, fully or partially furnished, ready to move in. Old mansions in the Ottoman style in the historical Centre of cities are sold for restoration.
So the buyer takes part in preserving the history, culture by investing in real estate, which does not lose its value over time.
Some authentic houses can only be bought by Turkish citizens or foreigners who are registered as a Limited Liability Company (LLC), which is the most common form of business. The employees of our company will explain Turkish law to the potential buyer.
Authentic style villas are being built in the central part of the city. Some of them have their security, SPA salons, fitness clubs, parks, etc.
In addition to villas and houses, in Turkey you can purchase:
