How does TeleHome Work?

Stage 1 The estate agent/ broker sends the details of the property to the client. Stage 2 Project/s are selected, and the agent will schedule and arrange a video call through Facetime(apple smartphone owners), Skype, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, etc. If the client wishes, the agent will show around the project and describe what is being offered in detail. Also, if there are any questions, it's a good time to ask them. Stage 3 After the client confirms that he/she wishes to buy it, the estate agent/ broker negotiates with the seller for the property's final price and other terms of delivery on behalf of the buyer. Stage 4 The broker prepares the contract stating all agreed terms and payments. There are two ways to deal with this stage;

1. We scan and email it or send it through WhatsApp and keep the original documents in our office to deliver to you when you give us a visit.
2. We send both copies of the contract by post to your address. You can sign both documents and send them back to us.

Stage 5 After the seller signs the sales contract, you must send the payment to the seller's (the construction company and, in some cases, the real estate company) bank account.
